Brits can now buy a piece of Cornwall’s most beautiful seaside as Loe Beach goes up on the market for the first time in multiple generations.
Located in the affluent parish of Feock, dotted between Falmouth and St Mawes, the scenic spot is known for its beautiful views and tranquil atmosphere.
The sale includes a sprawling 6.2 acres of land, with around 78metres of foreshore and a private beach space.
Facilities such as a cafe, a car park with 80 spaces and boat storage come with the purchase, along with access to public toilets owned by Cornwall Council.

Loe Beach is a haven for watersports enthusiasts, with access to the Fal river and a watersports centre popular for sailing and water activities.
Nearby attractions to the site include Mylor, St Mawes, Falmouth and Truro, alongside Restorguet which is home to a beautiful 13th century inn on the Creek with a unique floating beer garden.

Queen’s famous drummer Roger Taylor, originally living in Truro as a child, owns a Cornish home on the banks of the Helford Passage near Falmouth around 30 minutes away.
