Vito, 33, told The Sun the celebrities are already “very skilled” and he’s become fast friends with many of them, even taking orders to whip them up meals and sweet treats.

But, while opening up on the behind-the-scenes of the BBC One show Vito revealed when production will finally be pairing them up – and it’s a lot later than you might think.

“I can’t really predict [who he’ll be paired with] because it’s too early now to speak about matches, you know, production is going to, decide later in about two weeks,” admitted Vito.

The 33-year-old told how the pros really do find out their matches on camera and are not given a heads up beforehand.

Fans of Vito will know that he’s made a string of appearances on daytime show This Morning, hosting the famous cooking segment.

Now, dancer Vito has confessed he’s officially part of the “This Morning family” and is set to return to future episodes.

Vito said: “I am very grateful to This Morning and I even mentioned the This Morning team and the show in my book.

“After MasterChef, This Morning has been the first show that gave me the possibility to cook live on TV. I remember they’ve been so welcoming with me since the very first day.

“So I feel part of the family. And yes, if you go on the website of This Morning, you will find me as one of the chefs there.”

He added: “Even though I don’t call myself a chef because I’m more like the next door guy who can make, you know, food for you.”

Vito is proudly teamed up with Italian cake brand Balconi, which he says played a massive part in his childhood with him and his brother growing up eating the treats at all times of the day.
